When the faux deer heads were popping up (or out) everywhere, I really wanted one. I still do. My hubby? Not so much.
I just wanted a white resin one but isn't this one adorable. Her name is Agnes and she's actually a reindeer. She lives over at White Faux Taxidermy and I think she wants to live with me in my studio.
I painted this dainty deer on canvas as a compromise though I am missing the antlers. Antler art is huge right now.
These beauties are from Norton and Company. Lovely and makes me want to go out and paint some antlers!

I want one too, but my hubby (like yours) said no way!! So I got a mini one (fake), spray painted it white and put it on my daughter's room on a little gallery wall. She hangs necklaces off the antlers :)
